1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our facility in New Delhi.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your order is shipped

3. Delivery Timeline

All orders are delivered within 1-4 business days from dispatch, across India.

Delivery timelines are best-effort estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders — prepaid and Cash on Delivery, no minimum order value
No hidden charges, no handling fees

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most pin codes across India at no extra cost. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts:

The order will be returned to our warehouse
We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or process a refund for prepaid orders

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of ordering. GemSense is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Shipping Damage

All our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. For any damage discovered after opening, our 3-day damage-only return policy applies — please record a continuous unboxing video on delivery.
