Refund policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@gemsense.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video while opening your package and share it with us at support@gemsense.in. We will process your refund promptly upon verification.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Gift cards are non-refundable.
